The General
General Arctus is an older spectral Wraith with an unmistakably military presence. Pale silver hair, a short pale beard, glowing eyes, gaunt authoritative features, and dark high-collared Shadow armor give him the appearance of a commander who has outlived the age that made him. He is ruthless, strategically minded, and intolerant of failure.
