Dark Tales is an original AltWorld Comics series that returns to familiar fairy tales and folklore and asks what exists beyond the versions everyone remembers. Rather than simply retelling them, the series treats those old stories as parts of a larger dark-fantasy mythology.

Characters can survive their legends, carry their consequences forward, and encounter a world much larger than the tale that first defined them.
